Refund & Return Eligibility
Standard Orders
- Returns & refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Opened or used supplements cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- A brief explanation of the issue
We will review your request and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used supplements
- Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales
- Gift cards and digital vouchers
Return Process
