RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
PAID RETURN POLICY
At BEINGBUILDER.COM, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have the option to return your product under the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be sealed, unused, with the original tag, and in the same condition as received, including the original box (if applicable).
- A return request must be placed within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
- A return service fee of AED 50 will apply.
REFUND POLICY
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Monetary refunds are not available. Instead, refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Standard COD/shipping fees will still apply to future orders.
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.
- Processing Time:
- Store credit refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and will appear in the customer’s account within 24 hours.
- Credit card refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return is received, but it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
EXCLUSIONS FROM RETURNS
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Swimwear, goggles, sports bras, socks, gloves, shoelaces, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats, and similar items.
- Products in sealed packaging that have been opened.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at +971585374119 within 5 business days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Attach a photo of the item showing its condition, along with its original tag/box.
- If the item meets our return criteria, our support team will arrange for our courier to pick it up.
- Once the returned item is received and verified, your refund/store credit will be issued.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Items must be returned within 5 business days from the date the return request is approved. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
- Any extra items sent back that were not approved for return will be returned to the customer, and the shipping cost will be charged.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. This includes any designer packaging provided.
- If an item is returned used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the customer will need to cover the return shipping costs to receive the item back.
- Returns must be processed only through our designated shipping partners. Customers cannot use alternative shipping methods.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Once we receive your return, our Customer Support team will confirm receipt and process your refund/store credit accordingly.
